Consent with Cookiebot

Our website uses consent technology from Cookiebot to obtain your consent to the storage of certain cookies on your end device or for the use of certain technologies and to document this in a data protection-compliant manner. The provider of this technology is Cybot A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark (hereinafter “Cookiebot”).

If you submit inquiries to us via our contact form, the information provided in the contact form as well as any contact information provided therein will be stored by us in order to handle your inquiry and in the event that we have further questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

The processing of these data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, if your request is related to the execution of a contract or if it is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the requests addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your agreement (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if this has been requested; the consent can be revoked at any time.

The information you have entered into the contact form shall remain with us until you ask us to eradicate the data, revoke your consent to the archiving of data or if the purpose for which the information is being archived no longer exists (e.g., after we have concluded our response to your inquiry). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.

International Users

Please note that we may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in, namely to the United States (USA). Your personal information is also processed by staff and third party service providers and partners in the USA.The European Commission has not yet found the personal data to be adequately protected in the USA (except for commercial organizations participating in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). The transfer of data to the USA is taking place under the protection of appropriate suitable safeguards, namely the Standard Contractual Clauses by the European Commission.
